Green Acres Shopping Village is one of Tyler’s most iconic neighborhood retail shopping centers. Built in 1958 (with its most recent update occurring in 2002), its neighborly reputation has had decades to flourish. It is located on Troup Highway half a mile north of South Loop 323, approximately 2 miles from Tyler medical district. Green Acres is home to over 30 retailers. Traffic count is approximately 22,500 vehicles per day.
