This shopping center sits on South Broadway Avenue, half a mile south of South Loop 323. It’s prominent location shares high commercial traffic (approximately 42,500 vehicles per day) with its popular neighbor—the Broadway Square Mall. Larger tenants include Hobby Lobby, Barnes & Noble, Natural Grocers, and Sleep Number. It was constructed between 1977-1982, and got a completely new façade in 2022. The Plaza has been a long time staple to central Tyler’s commercial and retail scene.
